If the customer is interested to take up the management of both

THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, the above conditions will apply.

In fact, instead of paying up Baht 5.000.000 to buy both of them, the potential buyer will have to pay only in total Baht 1.100.000 cash (plus of course the quarterly rent and management fees  to be paid however in advance).
