Rental Property Phuket is a newly established local Company specializing in holiday rentals for the tourist and short-stay market as well as long-term rentals for working expatriates.

The company was formed to provide a one-stop service offering to meet the needs of both holiday-makers and expatriates living and working inThailand.

Keith is an Australian entrepreneur with interests in Australia and Thailand.  He has settled in Phuket on a permanent basis and acts as the group Managing Director.

Mr. Dan Moglia – opmanager@rentalpropertyphuket.com

Dan is also an Australian, with a background in Operations Management. Dan has spent the last five years in Phuket in the areas of property management and has a broad range of experience in the property sector, having acted as general manager for estate operations in Phuket. Dan acts as the group General Manager.

Khun Sao is a Thai citizen and the wife of Keith Jansen. Sao acts as the group Services Manager, taking responsibility for customer services.

Myron is an experienced property sales agent and acts as the group Sales Associate.

Khun Gai is a Thai citizen and acts as the group office Receptionist. Her friendly disposition will welcome you by phone, fax, email or in person.

Khun pang is a Tha citizen and acts as the group customer service agent. She assists with tenant and owner relations and general day-to-day issues.
